How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we recommend that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
