3D Lotto, previously called as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite digit games operated by PCSO since its inception in 2002. How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
