3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto is previously called as Swertres Lotto.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these instances, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
