Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
