3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto is previously called as Swertres Lotto.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
