3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.

Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
