How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and non-winning tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
