Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most widely played fixed payout games accross the cuntry. PCSO has fixed the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are usually suspended.

How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 3-3-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
