How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
New Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the playing card to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
