How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.
