3D Lotto, formerly called Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries facilitated by PCSO since its inception in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.

3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the playing card to the teller.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
