3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries of the PCSO since its launching in 2002. 3D Lotto is formerly called Swertres Lotto.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to follow the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
