Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Cancellation of draws usually takes place during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
