How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to observe the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
