3D Lotto (previously known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the public since its launch in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Live Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

When are 3D Lotto draws held?

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
