3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was launched in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular digit games in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.
PCSO also holds draws for each of the five major lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
