How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the trash can.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

How much do I win in 3D Lotto?

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated under the TRAIN Law.
