How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the outlet.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
