3D Lotto (previously called as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries facilitated by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the betting public since its launch in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to know if you got the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
