How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
New PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to abide by the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
