Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed-prize lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly canceled.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to see if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.

In 3D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
