How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
