How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you chose.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, take note of these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
