Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play 3D Lotto

To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
  7. Check the 3D result right after the live draw to know if you win a prize.

Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.

Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
  2. Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
  5. Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used bet slip and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.

3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.

In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.

If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.

If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?

Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.

How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
