How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
When does PCSO hold 3D Lotto draws?
PCSO is conducting 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the teller.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated under the TRAIN Act.
