3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries accross the cuntry. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally occurs during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
