3D Lotto, previously known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed-prize lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
