3D Lotto, previously known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit lotteries offered by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).
