Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most broadly played digit games accross the Philippines. PCSO has set the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Health and Safety Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
