Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
