How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
