How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional Health and Safety Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old tickets in the trash bins.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
