How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.

- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage cans.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
