Launched in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior public announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
