How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
