How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
