How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
