How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play card to the cashier.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
