3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2002. 3D Lotto is formerly called Swertres Lotto.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally happens during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be implemented in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
