How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be observed at all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Is Swertres Lotto the same as 3D Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
