How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
