How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
