How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
