3D Lotto (also called Swertres Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout games facilitated by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the betting public since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the major games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and old tickets into the trash can.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet card to the teller.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
