How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the teller.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
