How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you win a prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
