How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What is the 3D hearing for today?

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
