How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
