How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

New PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
