This means that players are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries facilitated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto is previously called as Swertres Lotto.
PCSO holds official Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally occurs during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
